This is one of my favourite books in interpersonal communication and has withstood 12 editions (13-th ed. is available in the form of a loose leaf unbound book which is punched to make it convenient for storage in a binder and for addition of more related material). It contains a lot of information covering both verbal and nonverbal aspects of interpersonal communication. The peculiarities of computer-mediated interactions are also discussed. I would recommend this book to both instructors in their course planning or as an additional source of up-to-date information on the topic and students who are doing their routine course work, prepare their final project, or want to know more on the topic.
